Who Are We
We are women just like you who have had our lives negatively affected one way or another from the use of an intrauterine contraceptive device (IUD). We have found countless forums, internet posts and stories from thousands of women all over the world who have had mild to severe complications from using a Copper or Mirena IUD or other implantable devices. Many small groups or individuals have tried to get lawsuits / class actions started but the medical and legal communities make it very challenging to start a class action or lawsuit case against medical companies without a significantly sized group of affected individuals to prove reasonable cause. That's where we come in...
Our goal is to create ONE central location to share information and to gather as many testimonials as possible from IUD users from around the world in order to gain the largest collection of Statement Letters from women like you, so that we will be able to force the media and medical & legal communities to take notice and be forced to act. There are a few sites claiming potential (as of yet unsuccessful) lawsuits for Mirena for perforation but we want to encompass all the problems associated with the use of all the IUDS. Too many innocent women are having their lives and health significantly impacted because of the lack of accurate information being communicated about the potential dangers and complications and side effects that many women are experiencing from using the Copper and Mirena IUDs.
If we all work together, we can make a difference and force change!
We are not medical doctors or legal professionals. We will not provide medical or legal advice except for updates or instructions for the purposes of a class action lawsuit or research study. Any information gained from this site is not in any way to be relied upon as factual until proven. We are simply gathering and sharing information and testimonials that we accumulate from our readers, for the purpose of trying to build a legal class action lawsuit against the companies that are responsible for manufacturing and supplying the IUD devices, that are believed to be causing significant health problems in women around the world.
